Deinking is the industrial process of removing printing ink from paper fibers of recycled paper to make deinked pulp. It is a highly effective agent that is helpful in cleaning various inks (Black/ Coloured) from cellulose fiber without damaging its chain structure. The emulsification power and foaming of this agent is extremely powerful, which helps in deinking imported and Indian waste paper to achieve desired quality. It is used in paper chemical industry.

Application:

• Recommended to add 0.05% to 0.10% on Dry paper basis
• Added directly into the pulper or pulper chest along with other chemicals like caustic soda, sodium hypo chloride, sodium silicate, Hydrogen peroxide in required concentration
• Dosage of above chemical depends upon the type of waste paper type of ink characteristics

Formulated using quality ingredients, we provide Paper Coating Chemical, which is also called Gloss Agent. It is used for surface coating, waterproofing of paper & board articles and others, this agent is non-ionic and stable to alkali. This coating chemical reduces 25% ink consumption and gives excellent print gloss.

Dilution:

• It can be easily diluted in cold water
• 5Kgs.of this chemical may be diluted with 5Kgs. of water i.e. 10 liter of solution will be 150 GPL – strength
• This concentration can be varied to suit mills convenience
• Solution should be passed through a 40 mesh wire cloth while adding

Application:

• Being Non-ionic and stable to alkali, it is perfectly compatible with coating mixtures based on casein in and / or Synthetic latices such as Butakens
• Imparts luster and slight water resistance to coatings
• Should be added after addition of pigment along with the coating solution
• Dosage depends on quality of paper
• Normally its consumption is 5% on pigment (for Duplex Board) and 2% on pigment (for quality coated paper) or depends on the required Gloss, SOA (Surface Oil Absorption) & smoothness of paper
• It also increases whiteness & improve printability of paper & board

Anti Fluff Agent (VERSHINE) used in paper and pulp industry is a specialty chemical, which is used in paper industry. With the dispersion of fibers, it gives better sheet formation and is useful for M. G. machine. Moreover, it is highly reliable in reducing dusting and fluff on the paper machine, during conversion.Anti-dusting agents help supress dust created by powdered materials. In the most extreme cases, anti-dusting agents mitigate hazards like dust explosions

• Before its addition, it is advisable to prepare a 20% concentrate solution in water
• Addition must be in four parts and water should be added in to chemical
• Solution should be passed through a 40 mesh wire cloth while adding

Application:

• To the stock suspension brings a better dispersion of the fibre

• It is absorbed by the fibres and gives a soft bulky handle and smoothness to the paper and the machine speed can be increased
• Because of the antistatic effect, processing difficulties can be reduced
• Can be added to the machine chest or before the head box where through mixing with the stock suspension is ensured
• It should be added after addition of optical brightener, dyes, dyefixing agents
• Dosage depends on the effect required and on the quality of the pulp
• Normally the dosage should be 0.2% to 0.8% on dry paper basis
